It is like they cap you out on hitting only 5 numbers out of 9. It is impossible to hit any thing on them. Keno machines are the WORSE! I have never seen anything like the ones at Turning Stone. Can not tell you how many players have said to me 'I would be better off playing Lotto'. Instead of lowering the limits to get people to play they would rather have dealer stand there alone watching everyone walk by. You would think how the boast about being rated so high in so many publications, they would update the rooms. Are you kidding me? Rooms are still outdated. Tried the Emerald, they got rid of 3/4 of the menu. Ate there on a Saturday night, not many people and the food was luke warm at best. They have an OVERPRICED buffet, and the food is not worth the money. I have been to them all over the past 10 or 15 years and let me tell you, there are so many better places to play and stay. This has to be the worst casino in New York. Otherwise, I'll probably opt for one of the smaller hotels in the area.… If I'm in this area in the future, I will only stay here if there is a discounted room. In the casino, despite many people waiting to play table games, there were several unopen tables and those that were open had a $25 minimum bet or higher. The TV in the room was surprisingly small, even compared to the larger screens in budget hotels. However, overall, staying at the casino was not worth the extra money. We opted for the buffet for dinner, which was not cheap, but it did offer a wide range of good food and dessert. The hotel was adequate the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and courteous, the fitness room was well-maintained, and there is a variety of food options on-site. When we arrived, the signs did not direct us to the self-parking lot for the hotel we had to find it on our own. We originally were going to stay at the Inn a couple of miles away but we decided to upgrade to a room at the casino. We stayed here for one night on our way from Syracuse to Cooperstown.
